Bloktid SMS Messages

Bloktid by Magpie Solutions - SMS Opt-In Information
 

By creating your account with Bloktid, and checking the Opt-in box during account creation, you consent to receive SMS messages from Bloktid, a product of Magpie Solutions. These messages will include account notifications and requests to respond to questions to score your daily work to help reduce burnout. Message and data rates may apply. By Creating an account with Bloktid, and by Checking the SMS Opt-in during Account Creation, you agree to:

  1. Receive SMS Messages: From Bloktid (Magpie Solutions) to the number you provided.

  2. Frequency: Message frequency varies, based upon such things as your calendar events frequency, self care sessions produced by your scoring, and the Notification settings, within your My Account settings where you control which messages to receive. That said, the average customer receives approximately 4-5 messages per day.

  3. Purpose: You consent to receive, account notifications, requests to respond to questions about your daily work to help reduce burnout, and any urgent or important Account Notifications from Bloktid.

  4. Permission: By opting in, you agree to receive these types of messages.

  5. Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt-out of SMS from Bloktid at anytime by replying STOP or unchecking the SMS messages boxes within the Notifications area of your My Account area of Bloktid.

  6. Help Instructions: For help, simply email support@bloktid.com or text HELP to be directed for more help. 

  7. Restart Instructions: You can restart SMS message from Bloktid anytime by replying RESTART or re-checking the SMS messages boxes within the Notifications area of your My Account area of Bloktid.

  8. Message and Data Rates: May apply based on your carrier’s plan.

  9. Prior Express Consent: By Opting in, you are allowing us to send messages as outlined, per TCPA and FCC regulations.

  10. Clear Disclaimer: Understanding that your opt-in is clear and conspicuous, it is in the terms of service, linked on the first page of the Bloktid registration page, as well as Checking a confirmation box to Opt-in, in your Account set up during registration.

  11. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: By creating an account with Bloktid, you will have also agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  12. No Share Clause: As noted in the Privacy Policy - No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the categories listed in the Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
