How do I sync my calendar?

Integrated within Bloktid is a two-way calendar syncing service, with the most popular calendar providers of; Google, Apple and Microsoft. You will go through a very simple calendar sync (not share) process through Bloktid, that takes a few button clicks and just under a minute to complete. Once you sync your work calendar with Bloktid, you won't have to do it ever again. Our system updates no matter what updates the major providers make within their software. Also, there is no app to download or technology you have to approve with your company. The calendar syncing system meets the highest security standards available, and is even HIPAA compliant, for our health care customers. Whether you need HIPPA compliance or not, you can hide all the details of your calendar events from Bloktid, so that only you and your calendar will ever see them. 

What causes Bloktid to schedule time?

The Bloktid AI systems and algorithms keeps track of a number of factors, specific to you and your engagement with Bloktid, and knows when you're showing signs that can lead to lower performance and potentially heading for burnout, and that's when it will jump into action. Bloktid then works to prioritize your energy recovery time, protects your calendar from overbooking, and ensures appropriate self care time is scheduled to recharge your batteries. Plus, you can control your Bloktid booking sensitivity, and how long your recharge breaks are. Plus, you always have the choice to confirm or decline any Bloktid booked energy recovery appointments.
